Our story

The story of a family

That of Patrick, Patricia, and Julie Chou, two sisters and a brother united by the same passion: creating and building businesses, inspiring people, and sharing their world. Their adventure began in 2011, when, just past their twenties, they left their lovely hometown of Troyes together to settle in Paris.

Having been immersed in the fashion industry from childhood thanks to their entrepreneurial parents, the desire to create their own clothing line quickly became an obvious choice. They wanted to create feminine and refined garments that would highlight every woman and every personality;

Their shared dream took shape around their three personalities.

From dream to reality...

Together, the siblings drew on the richness of their dual Franco-Chinese cultures to combine expertise and quality, bringing their great dream to life.

Enriched by their numerous trips to China and the relationships they gradually forged with local artisans, they created their very first collection: eight beautiful fine-knit sweaters, including the charming little knot sweater. It was then September 2011. Grace & Mila was launched.

The brand bears the seal of union in its DNA, with these two women's names, like two timeless sister icons.

Grace for the princely charm of Grace Kelly, and Mila, a lucky name in Eastern European countries, to evoke the woman beloved by the people. The destiny of Grace & Mila was taking shape.

Bathed in a kind of magic, protected by the infinity sign—the number eight stretched out like a small knot—Grace & Mila took flight and met with great success.

Friends, schoolmates, and experts in various fields quickly joined the siblings to further their vision. It is in this context of kindness, integrity, respect, and humility that the brand flourished in the eyes of the world, thanks to this waking dream and that of each member, who shares the same passion for creation and the same sense of elegance and detail.

Today, Grace & Mila is a shared dream, a family of over a hundred artisans, stylists, salespeople, and many others, who contribute to ensuring that every woman finds herself in the collections season after season.

Opening in 2022, our first flagship store, located at 9 rue de la Cossonnerie in Paris 75001, welcomes you Monday through Saturday for a personalized experience.

A true reference point for the brand, La Maison Grace & Mila is also a place for sharing and meeting to discover our collections, exclusive products, and all the surprises hidden in our secret garden.
