Grace & Mila was born from a family story with French-Chinese roots. This dual culture is part of our identity and has naturally shaped the way we create and produce our collections. Thus, our teams in France imagine each collection, while our partners in China provide their expertise in materials, techniques, and manufacturing.
From this collaboration emerged a way of working together founded on high standards, dialogue, and a precise knowledge of our products.

Since 2011, we have been developing it alongside the same partner. This continuity allows us to deepen our knowledge of knitwear, refine our techniques and details, and evolve the quality of our pieces together.
Over the years, a true relationship of trust has been built with the teams. Our exchanges, working habits, and shared standards now fuel our expertise.

Every model begins with a creative intention. Our teams imagine the silhouettes, volumes, materials, and details; our production partners contribute their technical expertise and study feasibility in terms of development. Between the initial ideas and the final piece, there are exchanges, trials, and adjustments. These exchanges allow us to adjust each model, from the first ideas to the final piece.

Our collaboration with our partners also involves a focus on social practices. On our own initiative, we have gradually engaged some of our partner workshops in an audit process based on the amfori BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) framework.

The audits cover, among other things, working conditions, health, safety, and respect for workers' rights. Today, 30% of our workshops have been audited according to this framework.We are committed to continuing this process and extending it to all our partners.
