by uploading a photo of your bags taken in front of the collection point in the link received by email.

What happens to your clothes?

All deposits are collected by associations or companies in the regulated sorting and recycling sector, then sorted by hand before being reused (second-hand), recycled or reused for energy.

The French sector guarantees a 99.5% recovery rate. Clothes that can be returned are given to people in need, or sold to second-hand professionals. Those in poor condition are recycled: into new yarns, insulation, padding for example.

In addition to their positive environmental impact, your deposits also have a social impact as they help finance the work of numerous associations, including work in integration.

The coupon is issued upon receipt of a deposit of at least one used coin and is valid for up to one discount code per day. How long does it take to drop off my bag ?

Once your deposit has been registered (as soon as you have received the confirmation email), you have 30 days to drop off your bag of clothes at the selected collection point. After this period, you will need to register a new deposit on the site.

What should I put my clothes in ? How big do the bags have to be ?

You can put your clothes in a closed, watertight bag to keep them out of the rain if you drop them off at a recycling depot. If you drop off your clothes in a bin, your bag must not exceed 30 litres to pass through the trapdoor. It's best to put your clothes in several bags so that they fit easily into the bin!

How many items of clothing can I drop off ? Is there a minimum weight ?

There's no specific quantity of clothes to drop off, and no minimum. Whether you're in the habit of regularly sorting your wardrobe, or you're in the middle of moving house, Grace & Mila rewards you!

How do I use my Grace & Mila discount code? Can I combine my coupon codes?

Our customers can use their 10€ discount code for any online purchase made on our Grace & Mila website by entering it in "Do you have a promo code?" during checkout. You can also use it at the Maison Grace & Mila boutique. The code is valid for the entire Grace & Mila collection . Unfortunately, Grace & Mila x Redonner vouchers are not cumulative and cannot be combined with current promotions or sales.

Should I only drop off Grace & Mila clothes ?

No, we take back everything, whatever the brand... and whatever the condition! Whether it's your out-of-fashion blouse, your pilled jumper or your spun tights, you can put it all in the same bag.

Can I get several vouchers if I drop off several bags ?

We reward your efforts, not the quantity of clothes you drop off. That's why we reward each deposit with a discount coupon, whether you have one bag or several. You can make up to 2 deposits per month.
